Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LzyPrompt ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

LzyPrompt is an AI-powered video prompt generator that turns your simple video ideas into professional prompts. For each idea you submit, we generate 10 unique professional variations with technical details (camera angles, lighting, aesthetics). Our prompts are compatible with 15+ AI video platforms including Sora, Runway, and Pika. Features include unlimited prompt generation, CSV export for bulk operations, and ready-to-use video captions.

Account Registration

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must:

Be at least 13 years old
Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your account information
Maintain the security of your password
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Security

Account authentication is handled securely via Beag.io. You are responsible for maintaining account security and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Billing

Paid Subscriptions

We offer two subscription plans:

Monthly Plan: $9/month with unlimited prompts
Yearly Plan: $60/year ($5/month, save 44%) with unlimited prompts

By subscribing, you agree to:

Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
Provide accurate payment information (processed via Stripe)
Authorize recurring charges until you cancel
Accept that fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. Payment information is required to start the trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be automatically charged for your selected subscription plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no charges.

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. We'll provide at least 30 days notice for existing subscribers before any price changes take effect. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Violate or infringe on others' intellectual property rights
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our Service
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Create prompts for illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
Circumvent usage limits or access controls

Content Restrictions

While we don't monitor all prompts, you agree not to create prompts for content that is:

Illegal or promotes illegal activities
Hateful, abusive, or harassing
Violates others' rights (privacy, intellectual property)
Sexually explicit involving minors
Promotes violence or terrorism

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by LzyPrompt and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the video ideas you submit and the prompts we generate (10 variations per idea). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

Store and process your content to provide the Service
Use generated prompts to improve our AI and optimize the service
Display your prompts back to you and enable CSV export functionality

Third-Party Services

Our prompts are designed to work with 15+ AI video platforms including Sora, Runway, Pika, and others. We process prompts through third-party AI service providers. We are not responsible for:

The availability or functionality of third-party AI video platforms
Content created using our prompts on third-party platforms
How third-party services interpret or execute our prompts
Third-party terms of service or privacy policies

Disclaimers

Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Specific results from using our prompts
That defects will be corrected
Compatibility with all AI video platforms

AI-Generated Content

We optimize prompts but do not control the output of third-party AI video tools. We are not responsible for:

Quality of videos created using our prompts
Copyright or legal issues with generated videos
How third-party AI services interpret our prompts

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LzyPrompt and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LzyPrompt from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you create or prompts you generate

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse or misuse the Service
Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable time period.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

Dispute Resolution

For any disputes, you agree to first contact us to seek an informal resolution. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LzyPrompt regarding the Service.
