How to Cancel

Option 1: Cancel from Your Account

Log in to your LzyPrompt account
Go to Settings → Billing
Click “Open Stripe Customer Portal”
Enter your email to access the portal
Manage or cancel your subscription
Confirm your cancellation

That’s it! Your cancellation is processed immediately.

Option 2: Email Support

Send an email to support@lzyprompt.com with:

Your account email
Subject line: “Cancel Subscription”

We’ll process it within 24 hours and send you confirmation.

Billing stops at the end of your current period

Can I get a refund?

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from your initial purchase. Contact support within 30 days for a full refund.

After 30 days, we don’t offer refunds for unused portions of your subscription, but you’ll have access until the end of your billing period.

Will I lose my prompts?

No! All your prompts remain in your account, even on the Free tier. You can:

View all past prompts
Export them to your computer
Copy them for use

You just won’t be able to generate new prompts without a paid plan.

Can I reactivate my subscription later?

Absolutely! Just log back in and click “Upgrade” to reactivate. Your prompt history and settings will be right where you left them.

What if I’m on an annual plan?

Annual subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but refunds are prorated only within the first 30 days. After that, you’ll have access for the remainder of your annual term.

Will you try to convince me to stay?

No retention games. If you want to cancel, we respect that decision. We might ask for optional feedback to help us improve, but there’s no pressure to stay.
